We have built farmhouses at Chilkur (2010) and Shamshabad (2024 and 2025-26), the house of the chairman of SVP College, and independent homes across Hyderabad. Every project gets a clear schedule, stage-wise billing and regular site updates.
We also deliver office and commercial fit-outs, including blockwork partitions, gypsum plastering and steel-stud drywall framing, with safety briefings before work starts every day.

Construction: common questions
Do you handle approvals and drawings?
We work with architects and structural engineers for drawings and can coordinate the approval process. If you already have an architect, we build to their design.
How is payment structured for construction?
Payments are linked to clearly defined construction stages (foundation, slabs, masonry, finishing), so you only pay for work completed.
Do you build farmhouses outside Hyderabad city?
Yes. We have built farmhouses at Chilkur and Shamshabad and work across the outskirts of Hyderabad and Telangana.
